This staircase was built from the wood salvaged from a different project in this same home. Yellow pine was used for the floors, while the column was made from Douglas Fir bead board. David enjoys using onsite materials, not only to save money, but to preserve a bit of history from the home. The table shown was designed and built by David from Bubinga wood with maple and walnut inlay.
